Control gauges

In production lines, mechanical measurement tools known as control gauges are often used to ensure the actual correctness of the processing.

They differ from each other based on the type of surface control to be performed, such as geometry and/or dimensions.

There are two types:

- Plug gauges for checking internal grooves

- Ring gauges for checking external grooves

They have a specific shape, so that the gauge PASSES through the machined area, while the gauge does NOT PASS cannot fit through.

Services offered:

DESIGN: With the drawing of the part to be checked provided by the customer, the characteristics of the gauge to be produced are agreed upon to ensure compliance with the required tolerances.

PRODUCTION: With DELIVERY TIMES of 2/3 weeks

TESTING: A Testing Report is attached to the delivery.

Plug: Solution 1

GO, NO-GO CLASSIC PLUG GAUGES

Plug gauges in DIN 3 up to DIN 4 quality for checking external and internal gears
Standard thickness 30 mm
Note the chamfer/lead-in made for the first 3 mm to facilitate operation

Plug: Solution 2

CONICAL CONTROL GAUGES

Standard length 100 mm, where at the end towards the handle there is the "NO-GO" dimension and at the other end the minimum "GO" dimension.
With this system, the roller dimension can be measured precisely depending on how far the piece can "wedge" into the gauge.
